GUEL is an audiovisual post-production company based in Lisbon. The main goal of this project was to display the portfolio projects carried out by GUEL. Along with that to introduce and promote the company’s services, present the team members and share contact information. This was the first approach to create the website of this company.
Idea
The starting point was to make good use of the portfolio videos available offering a strong visual identity to this website. The choice of dark colors and shadows add a sense of mystery and innovation. It also transmits credibility without compromising its cool modern feeling. The use of full bleed images creates a massive visual impact, keeping the user’s eyes stuck on the page.

Fullscreen homepage where projects can be scrolled through a vertical carousel.
Portfolio
Fullscreen page displaying GUEL’s portfolio projects on a vertical navigation design. Search filters were enabled for a more refined search result. Hover function over each portfolio project will start a short video preview. Click will deep link to a detail page where more content about the project is available.
